First off, Which is best? Dr. Atkins or Medifast Diet? Thanks in advance for any comment. Another question I got... As I move from obese to overweight and soon a healthy weight, I have noticed many things are different - my husband can actually put his arms around me, wooden benches hurt after awhile, I can squeeze into small spaces without clipping the wall, etc. But yesterday I definitely found one for the books.. |

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you an answer..

That's just way toooo funny. I will try to prepare myself for that one as I progress toward my goal...

As a former Navy Guy, I was intrigued by your title.. And totally enjoyed your post... Thank you for the warning..
Congrats on losing your ballast, watch out in the pool that means you are not as buoyant either....... |

Great post to read to start my day....
You have me smiling away!. Congrats! You are doing great!.. |

Glad you all enjoyed my story. I am still laughing over it myself. Life can be hard - we all need to laugh every chance we get..
Thanks for the warning about swimming. I haven't been in the pool since I started - no bathing suit fits.. |

Yes, looking forward to buying a new bathing suit this spring! Tried on "skinny jeans" today. Wow, I was amazed. DIdn't buy them, 20 pounds still to go, so they weren't really skinny jeans but in my mind and mirror, they looked great - 5 sizes smaller than when I started. It was great to shop completely in a regular size store. Even fit into regular larges, not even extra-large. I am still in shock..
Thanks for listening. My family is very supportive but doesn't understand the joy I am feeling shopping. You do, and I hope you all feel it too... |
