Good question... I dunno what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you an answer..

Welcome BW - please share your journey - it's great for all of to just hear what's happening both good and bad. Many of us have tried a lot a ways to get healthy and are here because it didn't work long term. I'm convinced that for me, this is my new life - but I'm far from smug. Hearing how others cope with the challenges they face - helps me prepare for an overcome my own challenges. Nutrisystem provides the experts - we just need to know how our fellow travelers are coping! Congratulations on a great decision and thanks for joining in the mayhem!..
