You have to keep the ticker seperate from your Nutrisystem weight records...so when you change weights you have to log twice...once in NS, once on W8Book. You will have to register for W8Book, but the good news is it is free...

Great guys, while I got you here, I am at 212 right now, I am about 32 lbs over my goal weight now, it was 38lbs on 1/1/09.. Do you think I can lose the full 38 in 3 months.. I have lost about 6 lbs in 12 days... I am thinking it ads up to be possible to be at goal weight in 3 months...
ALthough I here it is hard to lose the last 25% ! What are your thoughts??. BTW, I still don't have the kit, then never sent it in the box, than they said they sent it, but no dice... So the forum is my program right now, you guys are my mentors.. Maybe I will go without the kit, seams to be working so far !.. |

Lots of unknown variables here, but generally speaking, if you stick to the eating/drinking plan 100% for 3 months, and you keep exercising within reason, I'd say 38# in 3 months is certainly a lot, but possible. Checking other weight tickers around here others have made similar progress. At a minimum I think there's a great chance you'll be in the 180s somewhere..

Figure 1/2 pound a day for the first half and 1/4 pound a day for the second half and you should get an approximate finish date if you are 100% every day (see that is the big if). Any day you have a beer is going to be a zero, nada, nothing even if you are within calorie target. Sorry to relay bad news...

Without the kit, do you know all the add ins and everything else you are supposed to be intaking daily to be successful ? I track everything using the online logger under My Program on this website. I hope you have stumbled onto that. BTW, one thing they don't explain well is that you can really load up on a salad with no problem. You can also have 3 servings a day of anything you want as long as the serving is under 20 calories if you desire it. I rarely do this I do but use it sometimes when I want to dress up some fake egss with fat free cheese or something like that. Drink plenty of water and stay on the plan and you will succeed. How long it will take ? No idea there, guess it depends on your sticking with the plan and exercising regularly...

Thanks Paul, I have used it , but not daily the software is a POS! I have just been listening to you guys and reading. I just started adding a little carbo. I thought bread would be out of the question, but no.. I also like a little mayo with my asparagus, so that is my fat...
I was doing it cold with only 2 servings of fruit and a salad (dry) and no other extras just the entrees and snacks... I think I am getting the hang of it.. I just ate dinner and I am full large salad, asparagus, the meatloaf potatoe entres , with a teaspoon of mayo... NOT BAD HUH?.. |
