Well my first majort goal is close to happening it was to be below 300 by new years. I hit 303 today..
My next goal is 250 by JUNE 12 (the end of school, I am a teacher.). My next goal is 225 my Sept 6.. I am already reevaluating my goal weight after seeing the possibilities.. My short term goal is to now ad some physical stuff and be able to stick to it... |

Those are really good - and important goals.. My new goals are all going to be exercise related.. - To run 10 minutes longer every month. - To do 10 more push-ups a day every month. - To do 20 more sit-ups every month.. So, assuming a starting point of ZERO, in 6 months (June) I should be able to..... -Run for an hour. -Do 60 push-ups per day. -Do 120 sit-ups per day.. |

Amen Damon! I've been here almost 2 years and have seen so many people come and go. I've had about 10 people (when I was posting here more actively) ask me what the fastest way was to shed the weight. Although I'm 18 pounds above my original goal, I still fit in 32s very comfortably..

My goals are:. 100 Total lbs on Nutrisystem then 10 more either on Nutrisystem or my own to get below 200 and stay there. Average 10lbs lost per month which works out to between 2 and 2.5 weekly.. I also have 2 mini goals with each 10 I lose. First is to get below the next 10lb mark (i.e. today at 254, next goal is 249). Then to hit my 10lb loss mark (so the next will be 244.6). The mini goals keep me focused and motivated since they are reached at fairly regular intervals... |

My goals are to continue losing 1% of my bodyweight each week, so the closer I get to goal the slower the absolute weight loss will be, but similar percentage..
My second goal is to use my rowing machine 5 days per week. I'm at 14 minutes per day now and plan to add a minute per week until I'm at 30 minutes x 5 days/week. I plan on maintaining that until I'm below 350 then I plan on joining a gym and start lifting weights again... |
