Got a question, hope someone can answer... Those who have tried Nutrisystem diet pills? Thanks in advance for any answer. Another question... It has been a week or two past one year on NS. This program has changed my life..

I started to lose weight on my own in April on 07 at 6' 3" 285. I joined Nutrisystem in November 07 at 268..

I am now still at 217. I may go up or down a pound or two but I never get over 220..

I went from a 48 jean to a nice 38. I went from XXL shirts to XL and L. My jacket went from a 54 long to a 46 long. I also went from an extra wide shoe to a normal width..

I still have Nutrisystem for most meals at home. I try to eat healty away from home, but there are some meals I don't and I have learned that that is ok. I go on vacation and do not worry what I eat, but I make better choices because I want to. My next meal is always back on track..

I still get second looks from cleints and people always tell me how they can not believe it's me..

Stick with the program. It works. I am no longer concerned with weight it's about being healthy. I am hitting the gym again and will continue to do so..

This is great...

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..

Cheers brother! I'll second what NYC said; it's amazing to get this aspect of life handled. I did Atkins a few years ago, lost 40lbs & put 50 back on when I went off it. There's no "going off" what Nutrisystem teaches you; it's a lifestyle change...if you eat something "bad", just shake it off & get back on the horse..

In fact, this weekend my wife & I ran into some people that we used to work with years ago (I was probably 230 back then); they just couldn't stop talking about how good I looked. What a feeling, eh?..

Your ability to stick to a plan is to be commended. The scale and clothing victories are awesome. It would be interesting to see what differences you feel now that you're out of the land of the morbidly obese. Thanks for an inspirational post and keep up the good work...

It's funny how I still think of myself as a fat guy. It's just I forget sometimes that I am not. I will walk into my office and my reflection hits me sometimes, that's me. I am not as tired, my kness don't hurt. I am a much better raquetball player. Sex is better as well..

As said many times, it is a lifestyle change not a diet. If you are in it to change your life than great come on in, until then you will always fight the weight...

I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary with Nutrisystem about 3 weeks ago. Starting Nutrisystem was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Going from 345 lbs down to 182 has changed EVERYTHING. At age 40, I feel better than I did as a teenager. And you're right, there are many people who have no idea who the hell I am any more, or are just shocked when they see me. It's funny how many people ask or assume that I had surgery to achieve these results.

I guess those are the people who were never very goal oriented...

Whoa, that is great. Congratulations! I started Nutrisystem about 5 - 1/2 months ago, and have only been at goal a little over a month, so it is definitely good to hear from you and others who have been maintaining for a more significant period of time. It is encouraging to see that it can be done (what I lost is nothing compared to what you lost), and you don't have to be a paid celebrity either!.
