Got a question, hope someone can answer... Medifast Diet! Success stories please!? Many thanks for any response. Another question on my mind: As of this morning, I have lost 150 lbs. It's been 10 1/2 months since I started Medifast (I started April 15, 2010). My goal is in 1 lb. I think I'll hit it this week! I have already decided to lose another 10-20 lbs past my 190 lb goal, but I'm pretty proud of myself today!.. |

Good question... I dunno what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..
