First question I have is Medifast Diet. how effective is phase 1? Hoping for any answer. 2nd question I got is.. For the first time since the 90's I am under 300!! 299.2 this morning.. which is also a 10% lost goal met as well. I actually threw my arms up and yelled woohooo this morning at about 6am and woke everyone up lol. |

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

I have done WW 3 times and each time I lost 31 pounds then nothing and gave up.. well since Feb 1st I'm down 33lbs already and still going so I broke my loss record too! Yeah I was upset about the excersie made me gain a pound the day after I did it. I had a chest cold and couldnt exercise and had a huge loss week. I am going to try some milder exercise this week...

That's what I'm looking at, too. I haven't come this far on any other diet that I've tried for the last 7 years. It's a lot faster!.

Congratulations! Keep your promise and get rid of old clothes! I have tried everything (weight watchers, zone, south beach, atkins) this is the easiest -and the least "sacrifice"! I have been planning my transition and maintenance since the first few weeks!..
