First off, Just Started the Medifast Diet Phase 1...what can I expect? Looking forward for any answer or 2. Another question... I hopped on the scale this morning for my first official weigh-in since the I started the program. I have never lost this much weight in one week - 10.4 lbs! I worked out the first two days and was told by my Medifast coach I should wait for a couple/three weeks so took her advice. I have followed the program almost religiously - couple of days I neglected to eat my greens or leans due to not being hungry,,,I since have made certain they are added daily because I know how important they are to me on this program and even beyond when I reach my goal weight.. |

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could assist you..

I didn't lose 10 lbs the first week but I have read here that others have lost a high number in the first week. I guess I will be one of those slow losers. I don't care though so long as I continue to lose and not gain..

Yup, it can happen! Great chatting with you earlier. You are rocking it!.
And I know you have adjusted already, but I wanted to reiterate what your health coach said about not shorting yourself on Medifast meals or Lean and Greens....the plan is scientifically created so your body doesn't think it's starving. Shorting yourself, even if you're not hungry, can create a stall down the road so don't do it!. Hugs,. Em.. |
