Is the Medifast Diet good for you ?

My 1st question is: Is the Medifast Diet good for you ? Thanks in advance for any comment. My other question... Only my fellow MF's know the excitment I felt this morning when I weighed in, I'm OVERWEIGHT! Dropped out of the obese category!.

And.... doctor's appointment last week, I was able to cut one of my meds I take for insulin issues down by half, and no longer does my doctor think I should start high blood pressure medicine, my blood pressure is normal again, and he said it is because of the weight loss! Had to share and hope to encourage anyone on the fence about starting this program, that this is the healthiest,.
