My question is I need a suitable Nutrisystem diet.? Thanks for any response. 2nd question I got is.. My scale is not cooperating. I have been on plan (except for a birthday celebration last Sunday), I have been exercising, I have been drinking the water, and yet the scale will only move one pound either up or down between 177-179. My waist has gone from a 36 to a tight 34. My scale still reports 178 as of this morning..
So this morning I took my scale and jumped up and down on it. I took it out to the garage and used a sledge hammer on it. I put it in the driveway and ran my car over it, twelve times. I put it in the middle of the street and let a bus run over it. I finally put it in the garbage truck as it came by, then fired a rocket into the garbage truck. The scale blew sky high and dropped back in my yard.
177. I guess I lost a pound from all the extra exercise...
