My question is How much weight can I lose on Nutrisystem? Thanks in advance for any response. Another question... I called customer service today because my last delivered order had 9 snack items I will never eat, not even if starving.. |
I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could answer your Nutrisystem question..
Can't they check and see what food was actually sent and not just what was ordered?..
Actually - it sounds like they are returning to the OLD exchange policy the bit with sending replacements before the member returned the unwanted stuff was new (and apparently temporary).
However if they want you to return substituted items - THAT is new and with the posts I'm seeing about sub's, gonna cause a ruckus..... |
Maybe they should just send the food that's already been paid for...
I havent had to return anything yet, If I dont like something I just force it down anyway. But that policy sounds like a bit of a pain. God help me if my next shipment has Honey Mustard Pretzels substituted again I may snap...
I ordered the peanut nougat bar and got the nasty chocolate delight bars instead...
Oh no! I was going to pump up my nougat bars next order. Good stuff! I hope they refill the pipeline by then..

A bit off topic, but the Mint Chocolate Crisp bar... it's as close to perfection as they can come. Delicious...
If they sub something and I don't want it I can't see how it's my cost to send it back... If they go that direction they better damn well improve their stocking policy or people will throw a fit...
Might give it a shot, when mint are used in icecream, chocolates,e.t.c I usually don't like it...
I'm not a fan of mint taste myself, but these bars are terrific. Whatever is in them, that little bar will fill you up. The "old" Linda would eat a couple of Hershey bars to fill up, but this Nutrisystem one does the trick...
Oh Im a mint chocolate lover, which is why I really love the mint chocolate crisp. Those girl scouts wont be getting my money this year...
Not to mention the Girl Scout cookies, despite tasting great, are like a zillion calories EACH...
I refuse to "just force it down". I pay a LOT of money for this food, and if they send me stuff I don't like, and didn't order, I expect them to replace it..
Its not like I'm picky like some folks who have come and gone on this board, lol. But I've tried everything on the Nutrisystem menu several times, and some of it I don't like... |
What's the point with them sending the "extra" week of non-ordered foods? Wouldn't it be easier if Nutrisystem just let you order the entire month? UGH!..

The substitution policy sucks at best. It is in the terms and conditions when you make your first order ON-LINE, yet you never have to acknowledge reading or accepting policy. If you called in your order, you did not agree to terms and conditions except they tell you if you move your auto delivery date you will be charged fee for the shipping or food, something like that..
While I have thought I did not like things, I have found enough recipes to change everything and make it all taste GREAT. I am not thrilled with some of the bars but they are ok.. The policy should be very simple, if they do not have the item you ordered in stock, they should send an email to you giving you 48 hours to respond with what you would like substituted. If you do not respond, do not complain. Everyone runs out of something but to send you something that you could possibly be allergic too or you just cant stand the taste and then MAKE YOU PAY TO RETURN is not right.. If you were to eat at a restaurant and they brought you out another meal because they were out of what you ordered, would you be happy and just accept it? I do not think so, why is this any different. Out of stock, give the person the opportunity to substitute with something they want before sending out order. Lets face it, they have our auto-delivery on file, they should have an ordering system on file, it should not be that difficult.. Sure a person can trade with someone else but that still involves a cost of shipping. A shipping charge that the customer should not be responsible for... |

Good Evening,.
If an item is substituted in your order, you do not have to pay to return it. You keep the item and NutriSystem will send out an acceptable replacement to you.. Have a nice day,.. |
Them dern moderators not letting rumors linger, what a bummer...
I call for a moderator to clear this up, HEY MODERATOR, ANY MODERATOR, come out come out where ever you are...
Again, you do not have to pay to return substitutions..
You will have to pay if you want to return items that were in your free week.. Have a nice day,.. |
I just called earlier this week because they substituted Sourdough pizza for Thin Crust pizza. They still didn't have the Thin Crust, but they let me choose what I wanted & they are already in the mail to me according to my order history. They did not ask me to send the Sourdough pizza back..

Well, the moderator deleted my last post, in which I pointed out his/her boss granted me a discount on my next auto-delivery and agreed with me, and just because they call it "free food" doesn't mean they can push out old food nobody wants and feel good about it..
Guess if you write a logical, factual rebuttal they cannot spin against, they just delete your post. LOL.. |
Yeppers, they deleted a few of mine as well, even the one where I quoted the deletion policy. You can not challenge them with proof as they consider it threatening according to the deletion policy. Next is to come on, say to review the deletion policy and then lock the thread or delete the whole string..
If you watch the Ask Moderator board, you can see a number of posts and threads that get deleted... |
Really? I have never paid that much attention the to the boards to notice if they get deleted or not..
