Got a question, hope someone can answer... Does this Nutrisystem diet Make sense? I HATE my belly? Thanks in advance for any comment. Second question of mine... I needed a new pair of pants, so I go to the store and to the Big and Tall section I usually have to find pants...oops, too BIG...I'm now back to the regular size section. Bought 3 pair of 42 in waist pants...thats down from 48 inches!!!!. |

Congrats! I know how glad I was to be able to ditch the Big and Tall department too. Plus the regular size clothes are more plentiful, less expensive and better looking...

Having to buy pants at the big man's store was one of the motivating factors that started me on the Nutrisystem journey. Seeing my picture at my son's wedding was another. I was pushing a 46 waist. Now I'm down to size 38 and 36 in some pants/jeans. I can't tell you how good it feels to walk into Old Navy or Gap and buy some 36's or 38's off the rack. You know, their stuff is cut for a younger/slimmer guy.
I made the mistake of buying three pair of dress pants in a size 40. There is no way they could be cut down to a 36....unless I wanted my back pockets to be right in the middle of my butt... |

Congrats, cant wait till I can get rid of the fat and stout section and wear something from a normal store. Everything I own now is oversized to cover up the oversize. Weighed in at gym today and down 39 pounds so am moving in right direction. Hopefully I move down another size next week...
