First off, Atkins or Medifast Diet? Which worked for you? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. 2nd question I got is.. I am more of a lurker than a poster, but I do lurk many times every day. Everyone here has been such an inspiration! Thank you to all of you!.

BUT I have to post today. I hit the 100s today! It's been many years since I have been there! For those who are already there....you know the feeling. For those not there yet....keep going!! It is so worth it! YOU are worth it!..
