Quick question: Anybody tried the Medifast Diet? Thanks in advance for any response. Another question I got... After reading some of these posts and looking at the stats, I am really inspired by the success being achieved with MF..I hope to post similar info in the future.. |

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..

Welcome!!! I just passed my 100lb mark, so it is do-able! Just stick with the program and it will work wonders for you. I started around the middle of January and this past week was our 7 month mark (28 weeks). My husband is down about 115 and I just passed scraped by with 100lbs...

Check out maryd1112, chattymomx4, lealonnie1, corbie, jojo, and others. Click on "Find Friends" and search for their names. Go to their page and you can read years of their blogs, see their progress and be really inspired. There are hundreds of others on Medifast who have done extremely well, but these are the ones that come to my mind at the moment...

Welcome! I just passed 100 pounds lost this weekend, after less than 6 months on plan (started Feb 8th). Commit and stick and you can reach goal. It may not always be easy (you will HATE some of the Medifast foods), but you can lose weight with MF. It's all down-scale from here...Good Luck!.

I am newbie too and have 136lbs to lose! I just started today, but will look for your post on Thursday. I know what you mean, you read all these stories and it gives you such motivation. I have a friend that came into town a few months ago, I had seen her in a year. If her kids weren't with her, I wouldn't have known who she was. She said 100%, if you follow the program you will lose and at consitant rate. Good Luck, I am with you, we will get there, one step at a time...

I never thought I would look forward to the weigh in day.... Come on Thursday!!....HA....I feel very motivated by the ease of the plan.... I have enjoyed the food so far....Only one heartburn attack with Orange Cream.... My Family has been supportive.... I have been able to stay on plan at work.... Everything is falling into place.... I can't wait to achieve some of the amazing numbers you all have accomplished.... Great Motivatiors for people like me staring at 100 pounds to loose.... Thanks,. Jen.. |

On my way with a loss of 7.5 lbs in the first week....Now I just need to survive vacation..

With the start of the 2nd week and showing a.
7.5 lb loss. I am feeling pretty good..... I am not saying I am 100 % yet....but the MINDLESS EATING has stopped....the need for CANDY is in remission.....and I am learning to space my meals out to head off the hunger monster...I am drinking more than enough water....I keep adjusting my next shipment of meals to incorporate all the items I am liking up to now. Chili, Honey Mustard Pretzels, Shakes, Bars and Hot Chocolate w/ brewed coffee is my morning drink....Yum....Tomato soup is good with garlic and basil....Mrs. Dash adds a little kick to the meals.. So next week I have to get ready for travel. I already have my meals/supplies for the car ride. Seafood will be on the menu while we are in Maine.. This Wednesday will be A night at the Ball Game. I plan on making low Carb Choices and lower fat too.....I will stay on plan all day and then pick and choose the best things at the restaurant....GOAL STAY AWAY FROM THE CARBS....... |
