Supposed to be a nice warm day today so hopefully I can get outside for awhile. Knee did real well yesterday except when I decided to clean my interior of the car and I must have pulled it a weird way and it felt like a knife when thru it. However, I'm doing really well and it's working out fine. No plans for the weekend. Next week I have 3 more PT sessions and then I'll be done. I have have a spa trip planned with my dtr. You know how I told everyone my sis ended up winning over $2000 Thurs. Well her and her DH went to the casino by their house yesterday and he hit the jackpot for $1600. When it rains it pours. I'm doing great with the diet and drowning myself in water. I'll weigh myself Mon. Hoping everyone has a great day planned. See ya later... |

Late night last night.. Got a call from our alarm co about a fire alarm. At our FL house. We don't have the phone # for the renters... Just the property manager. So we sent him a text and he called them and got voicemail. Arrived to absolute quiet. At the house and in the neighborhood. Must have been false alarm. So glad.. But. Kept me up and I slept late. Must have needed it!. Ang thanks for getting us started.. Barb. Glad you are feeling a bit better and congrats both to your sis and to you for your OP commitment!.. |

Sandy have you read the transition material? It is another 8-12 week process and you still eat 3-5 Medifast meals so be sure to order enough of your favs as well as easy grab and go things. I'm saying this as much for me as for you...

Nice first month T!. Thanks for reminding me about water, Barb. I tend to need constant reminding. Seem to be just fine at remembering to drink coffee and diet A&W, though.. Glad all is well in FL andi. Hate false alarms, but not as much as real ones. Ours usually has something to do with a cat.. AFM-Date night tonight! Going to get a lovely L&G (kid free!) and then do a movie marathon. Which means that I get danny mcbride AND simon pegg ALL IN ONE NIGHT. Puffs are packed and I am sooooooooo exited... |

It is raining roadrunners and quails here. That is desert speak for raining cats and dogs. DH was on the golf course for the second day of a 3 day tournament and they called it after he had played 2 1/2 holes.. Running around done. We are going to relax in the hot tub... |

Sandy how are you thinking you will work transition differently than now? I'm just trying to figure it out for myself as well. Being that we are not down to 3 Medifast meals until week 4, I'm thinking I will be doing close to the same as now, just adding some things in and then taking 1 Medifast meal away at a time. For me I think it will be more of the same as what I've been doing. Just trying to learn from others insight .. Ang hope you enjoyed your nap.. Kori enjoy Walmart as much as you can. Hope you get some Starbucks as well.. Waiting for my cousin to get here to start planning the cruise excursions- thinking some catamaran to see sea turtles, kayaking, ziplining, maybe an island tour and some shopping, oh and a trip to St Johns- love that beach!.. |

Sandy - I would order faves. Things you like and don't get tired of..
That said, I had trouble in the fruit week and ended up using pudding and banana. Used 1/2 of each and the other 1/2 later as another meal. I hadn't done much pudding in 5&1.. It's a bit of a trick to find what works. That's why T&M lasts so long but there are only 5 official weeks. This is life learning. And every day brings a new lesson. And we are all here to support you!.. |

Well I got my Starbucks but didn't get to the store for groceries. BF and I went shooting at an indoor range instead and then an early dinner. Was fun but I was melting in there it was so hot..

Awesome weather here today. Lunch out but totally op and yummy. The restaurant was on the riverfront do we went to the park next door afterwards to let the kids play. Then off to gs and now back home to rest. Thinking out exercise for the week- vball game tomorrow, gym Wednesday and Friday. Two more Medifast meals tonight and to bed I will go, maybe a nap before then... |

Soccer in NYC was amazing. ds team tied 1-1 and went into overtime, double overtime and penalty kick. my ds scored one of the pk, but one of our players missed, so we lost. kids were ok with it cause they played so well. coach was really proud. had dinner in NYC and walked around at dusk. really nice day/night... |

Hi! I'm new to Medifast and to this site. Today is day 1 and I have successfully chocked down the oatmeal. LOL Actually it wasn't as bad as some people have said. I would love to hang out here with you ladies as you seem to be a great bunch!.
I can't post a lot but like having someplace to get ideas and support. Any advice is welcome. I am really hoping I can stick to this as I have tried everything else and have lost all hope as nothing works anymore. From looking at everyone's before and after stories and photos I was amazed at this product....so I bought 2 weeks to give it a try and see. Wish me luck.. Jil.. |

Don't worry Andreayou'll be back down in no time (maybe even after your "poop"). I had a good week and lost 6 lbs. so I'm one happy camper. Today's going to be a little hard for me cuz tomorrow I have a 14 hour fasting cholesterol test in the morning which means I can't eat or drink after about 6 tonight. I always save 3 Medifast meals for evening along with my water. Guess I should have made a later appt.
Oh well, I'll just eat sooner today. I made mani/pedi appts. for dtr. and I for tomorrow at the spa and then we're going to stop by the casino for a little while. Very excited about both of those. I think we paid $65 for our pedis alone at the spa last time. I know I can get them cheaper locally but a spa is such a nice change of pace. Hope everyone has a good week... |

Andrea - I know about slow ticker. Mine has been slow since I went on vacation. I do not mind the program and am trying to be patient. I have had two suggestions. 1. Go to transition now.
2. Increase exercise and protein. I eat more on Saturday and lost a pound????? we will do this. I am here with you.. DH and I came in 3rd place yesterday in golf. Today is piano lesson for me and getting stuff done for golf league in the morning... |

Ohmygoodnessgracious. They were both sooooo good. I think that Danny McBride is one of like (only) three comic geniuses of our generation, after the first episode of eastbound I told my husband I'd leave him if Danny ever came around. Kind of like comparing apples and oranges. Paul was VERY well written. I just love that both of my "crushes" write their own movies.

Erin - glad you came here. How can I help? THe cake will make it worst. I got to goal in 1988 and proceeded to put that weight back plus another 50. Stress is hard but unhealthy eating makes it so much "badder". For me going for a walk, or talking to a friend or playing the piano or..... Erin what helps you? Andi would say drink some water...
